The classification pack is a digital product, built in your browser and delivered immediately after payment, so it cannot be returned the way a physical item can. Our policy is simple:
Full refund if we clearly got it wrong. If a suggested code in your pack is clearly for a different kind of product than the item you listed, email the row to contact@getmyhscode.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full $49.
Full refund if the pack does not build. If the delivery page fails to produce your CSV and printable sheet and we cannot fix it for you, we refund the full $49.
Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. To ask for one, write from the email address you used at checkout and include the product row in question.
