Get the right EU CN code for every product you ship

Every customs declaration into the EU needs the 8-digit CN code for each product. Paste your product list — get a suggested code and an entry-ready sheet for each item. No subscription, no broker retainer. The first 3 items are free.

One product only

Type the product name and press the button. You get the suggested CN code and the other candidates.

One product per line. The product name alone is enough. A description, origin, price and quantity are optional. A few words of description make the match better. They are kept on your sheet. Pasting straight from a spreadsheet works.

You can also load the list as a file: . The columns are matched by their header names (product, description, origin, price, quantity), in any order.

Full pack: $49 per 100 items — every item classified, delivered as a sheet (CSV + printable page) you can hand to your broker or marketplace.

That is $0.49 per item — a customs broker charges $50–$200 per item. One-time payment, no subscription. The moment you have paid, the full sheet is built right here on this page. And if a code in your pack is clearly wrong, I will refund it — see the refund policy.

Classify your list above first — this button opens when your list has more than the 3 free items.

Your first 3 items above are not a screenshot or a teaser — they are the real sheet. Download them, print them, hand them to your broker. The full pack is the same sheet, for your whole list.

A note from the person behind this

Hi — I run Get My HS Code on my own. I built it after spending evenings classifying my own product lists by hand for cross-border sales: looking codes up one by one, and getting broker quotes that made no sense for a small list. This tool is what I wanted back then — paste the list, see the answers, pay once if it earns its keep. Every email to contact@getmyhscode.com is read and answered by me personally, including the refund ones.

Questions

What exactly do I get? For every item: a suggested 8-digit CN code and the other candidate codes — as a CSV file and a printable sheet you can hand to your broker or attach to your shipment paperwork. And you do not have to take my word for what it looks like — the first 3 items in your results are already this sheet, free to download.

Why are there no duty rates? Because the honest answer depends on where your goods come from. EU duty is set by the code and the origin together, and it changes with trade agreements and current measures — a single rate printed here could quietly be wrong for your shipment. The pack gives you the code; before you ship, check the rate for your origin in the EU's TARIC database, or ask your broker to confirm it.

How fast is it? Instant. Paste your list, check the free preview, pay once, and the full sheet is built on the spot. No account, no subscription, nothing to install.

What if a code needs a second look? Every row shows a confidence mark and the other candidates, so the rows worth confirming with a broker are the ones marked for a check — instead of paying a broker to look at all 100.

Why not use a free lookup site? Those give you one product at a time and no paperwork. This does your whole list at once and returns the finished sheet.

Recommendations only. These suggested codes are a starting point for your declaration, not binding tariff information — binding tariff information (BTI) is issued only by the customs authorities of the EU member states. The importer is responsible for the final classification. This service is not a licensed customs broker.
